Wards Airline model 14BR-913A large table radio.
I purchased this 4 band set with a magic eye from a flea market in New Hampshire.
This set covered the 19 meter, 25 meter, and 31 meter shortwave bands and the standard AM band.
I repaired the veneer chip that was missing in the first picture, and refinished it. I sold it on eBay in 2005.
